I was pleased with the customer service. However I was unhappy about how many attorneys I spoke to about my case. It wasn't personal, and the settlement amount. I felt as though I could have went through a different attorney or have fought the case my self and ended up with more. I had a concussion and anxiety and was given 7k not happy at all. Just happy its all over.

Update: As soon as the review was left and after having been with the firm almost a year we found our case had several faults and when we addressed them our case was dropped. Due to the lack of representation by this firm no other lawyer wanted to touch it. I wouldn't recommend using The Law Offices of Michael A. DeMayo, it was a disappointment for a TBI Workers compensation case to be handled as it was. Awilda Ticas our Case Manager is wonderful and really makes sure she keeps the client in the loop and aware of whats going on. If I have a question she is on it and gets back quickly with all the information needed.

I very pleased that I chose Michael A DeMayo as my attorney. I love the fact everyone has kept me updated on things I needed to know. Any questions I needed answers to I would have an answer within 24 hours. They have been very supportive to me and my needs. 😊

Made the entire process easy and less stressful. Was rear ended and ended up with some neck issues, but after seeking treatment and missing some work it was great to see the end result!

I had a very negative experience with this firm. I would not recommend them to anyone. I was made to feel threatened by Michael Demayo for posting a negative review of this firm. After never having contact with him prior, Mr. Demayo himself called me and my employer, and left comments on my youtube, making me feel harassed. I have never witnessed such unprofessional behavior in my entire life. I ended up getting the settlement I wanted from my case on my own with no legal representation. I urge anyone reading this to look up the multiple times the bar association has had to discipline Mr. Demayo and consider their alternatives.
