I had a very good experience with the Demayo team. I really enjoyed the strong line of communication I had with my case. My case manager Tenisha was outstanding. She provided me with step by step instructions of what was needed of me and any guidance and most importantly answered my questions immediately or if she did not have the answers right away she went and sought them immediately. I previously had bad experience with another firm with another case before and coming from that to the Demayo experience was top notch. They really do care and are extremely professional. From the beginning with examining my case to see if they would take it to the settlement I was impressed and blessed to have sought them out. I hope I never get into another accident but if I do I will definitely be looking for counsel from the Demayo firm. He paid attention to everything that I told him and he didn't miss a thing on all of my medical information and he always returned my calls.. His assistant, Rebecca Stevens, was always so nice to me and always called to check up on me or ask if I needed help with any questions on all the paperwork that this case required.. if I had to leave her a message she always called me back within the same day or the next day at the most! I got T-boned at the worst part of the pandemic. Doctors appointments were hard to come by and (I am hoping, due to their stress) no doctor took my pain seriously. I went to a Chiropractor but I was still in pain. I figured I would have to live with this forever. Giesela called to see how I was doing and I told her that doctors were not taking my pain seriously and she sent me to a specialist. That specialist found a spinal cord injury and found a course of treatment that helped my pain significantly. Giesela, if you read this, I am truly grateful for you having my back and validating my feelings. My mental health was not handling chronic pain very well- especially with doctors constantly dismissing it. When I finally got a diagnoses, I cried with relief. I wasn't crazy. My pain was valid. I honestly do not think I would be here if you did not have me go to the specialist to get better. Thank you so much. Mr. DeMayo and his team was amazing as well, but Giesela made this experience painless.
