I submitted a question about a case I was very confused about and received a direct call back in less than 12 hours. The staff was very relatable and quick to act. I especially appreciate how personable and professional the style of the conversation was. I feel confident this was the best outcome and am surprised how quickly the matter was resolved.

Erik was very reassuring and patient with during my divorce, custody and alimony case. I had so many questions and he was great in answering each and every one. He was great with scheduling our meeting to fit into my work schedule, even if that meant he stayed later. Erik fought for everything I asked for and won it all for me. You cant go wrong with Erik Ashman and The Olsinski Law Firm.

The Olsinski Law Firm was hands down the best when it came to handling both my civil and criminal hearings in Cabarrus County. Laura Cobb was top notch and I am very pleased with the outcomes in both of my hearings. Laura's professionalism as my attorney in both cases was outstanding, she fought for me and my legal rights in court. Kelli Rary, legal assistant was very professional with communication and follow-up with me during both cases. I would highly recommend The Olsinski Law Firm for your civil or criminal needs in the Charlotte, Concord and surrounding area.

The signs were there from the beginning that this law office did not know what they were doing, for example, the attorney assistant and the attorney, Mr. Viral Mehta could not agree on how to submit the paperwork, electronic or mail. Therefore, the paperwork had to be submitted twice, and it took longer to start the process. Once the process started there were no updates, you have to contact the attorney assistant or the attorney himself for updates. You basically do all the work, therefore, handle your own case or find a better law firm. Mr. Mehta sneakily was seeking money from our insurance company, when he was specifically told not to (since it was the other party's fault, and their insurance was paying the costs), he denied ever contacting our insurance for money, but the insurance company sent me his letter and it clearly states from Mr. Mehta to send the checks to his law firm. The law office could not even keep up with medical faxes that were sent to them, they were lost. Instead of advancing the case, Mr. Mehta made the case go backwards, and everything had to be restarted again without him and this law firm, after months of him wasting time; did not even acquire one medical record at the end of the mess he created. Companies were contacting me, if a lawyer knows how to represent you, why are they not contacting the lawyer? Mr. Mehta is unprofessional, sneaky, clueless, and can't even answer a couple of client questions (he gets defensive if you ask or question anything), how is he going to answer questions from the other party? This attorney, Mr. Mehta would definitely crumble in a court room, can't take any sort of pressure. The secretaries answering the phone are rude and unprofessional as well, and are very nosy, and when you ask to speak to the attorney assistant they get really defensive. Save yourself valuable time and money, and go elsewhere or at least seek out a different attorney from this law firm.
Update:
Justin Olsinski, law firm's owner just proved my point. As an owner, one should investigate and not assume and create drama. His ego got in the way, and he can't take an honest review on a deceitful lawyer his law firm hired, Mr. Viral Mehta. I have never spoken to Mr. Olsinski, therefore, everything he is saying is hearsay, nor have I spoken to four assistants, just one and Mr. Mehta. From someone who went to law school, you can never go on hearsay and always must investigate. Apparently his ego is so hurt, he couldn't even read the review properly. Take a breath Mr. Olsinski, it's okay, you win some and you lose some.
1st: Assuming whom I am, and that this is not my real google account, that is your predicament, doesn't bother me, have had this account over 4 years.
2nd: Asking for updates on your case because the lawyer just let it sit there, and was just plain lazy, is not considered rude. Mr. Viral Mehta just was embarrassed that he was an inept lawyer, and couldn't keep up with a simple fax, let alone obtain medical records.
3rd: Nobody said your law firm was paid, most accident cases are on a contingency payment. No one is going to pay you all for sitting and leaving a case idle.
4th: Obviously withdrawal letters are sent when a lawyer no longer represents a client. Nowhere did I mention withdrawal letters; if you re-ead calmly you will hopefully understand that Mr. Mehta sent a letter when he was in charge of the case, trying to seek money from my insurance company, when the other party's company already assumed responsibility, and then he lied about it saying he was just "inquiring" information. I have the letter which clearly states with Mr. Mehta's signature that he was seeking money from my insurance company and to send the checks to the Olsinski Law firm.
5th: Mr. Mehta tried for me to say I didn't want his legal services, so he could still get paid, like stated in the contract. Pay you all for doing absolutely nothing, no thanks, since I was onto his deceit, he no longer wanted to represent me.
Tip for readers: Hire Gregory Wilson, honest lawyer.
