I usually do not give the top star as a rule because there is room for growth for all. However, it is not about that. In life, for me it is not so much about what you do (which is important) but how you make people feel. I genuinely felt valued from Lillie. Lillie was kind, patient, efficient, thorough, and down to earth. I appreciate how she stepped in (after an unpleasant experience with someone else) and took off handling our adoption. My husband and I are pleased and grateful for caring, good, professional people at Marshall and Taylor. Thanks to Andrea, Elisha, and Remington for all you have done as well. May God bless each of you real good!

Awful. My father tried calling but since he has a strong accent they didn’t understand him so I called on his behalf. Lady who answered advised me that it would be better to refer me to the CM Bar referral to see who else who could assist him since he “doesn’t understand”. I said don’t assume he doesn’t understand & I asked if they just don’t see Spanish clients? She said she never said that. I never leave reviews but this was just belligerent.

These scumbags weren’t at all interested in taking on a legitimate case that cost my business thousands of dollars, yet every day I get a slimy email where they’re trying to take advantage of my military service to pad their own pockets while leaving the service members pennies on the dollar.

They provided fast and professional help throughout the entire process. I received updates during every step of the process from the beginning to the end. The entire team was very courteous and professional.
