When I had an accident in early September 2020, a good friend of mine referred me to Price, Petho & Associates. My case was assigned to and handled by attorney Margaret Ford. Every time we have talked, she has been very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. In this day and age where people are always in a rush, I truly value the fact that I never felt like my conversations with Ms. Ford were rushed. She is a true asset to this firm and to the legal field. In addition, I had contact with several other associates of the firm, Vivian Santana, Ozzie Ramirez, Luis Anguiano and Lydia. They all provided top-notch service in their respective roles regarding my case. They all helped me get my car fixed, my chiropractic needs related to the accident taken care of very quickly, and within 6 months a settlement. They also always answered any emails and/or text messages in a timely manner and always with a friendly disposition. By the outcome of my case, I know they all worked very arduously. As you can see, at least 5 people were involved in handling one aspect or another and, in the end, the outcome is evidence that they truly work as a team! I would highly recommend them. Good customer service, communication was casual but still professional and they got straight to the point. Most questions I had they answered on the spot so I was informed every step of the way. Also they knew who I was every time I called as well as the person working my case so it was convenient that they could pull up my case pretty much right away each time I called.
