From my first phone call, Mr. Jimenez took the time to guide me through the process of filing claims, dealing with insurance, setting me up with an excellent chiropractor in the area to help with my injuries etc. Our communication was always timely and the steps he was taking in my case were clear. Mr. Jimenez ensured that I understood each step in the process and was always readily available by phone or email to answer any questions or concerns. There is a huge difference between been tolerated and appreciated by a service provider especially a personal injury attorney who you expect a certain level of compassion courtesy PRIVACY above all professionalism not sure who is responding to post but i'm assured I only spoke with Mr. Petho and his paralegal during my entire year of dealing with this firm which was not often due to my attempt to recover from injury and all the consequences of a accident but as usual this response was the same as all previous responses "Tolerated and unprofessional" !!!
