Very unprofessional staff. I had to call several times and never received calls back from the paralegal, Delta Farrington. I was never updated about anything with my case, every time I called i was sent to voicemail, or she was always away from her desk. I was never able to speak with a lawyer regarding my case. Instead of calling me back about the case, she would send text messages. The insurance adjuster called several times and never received a call...when i reached out she stated I forgot to check my voicemail. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I was always rushed off of the phone or seemed like i was bothering them when I called to get information.

I met Chris a little over 7 years ago after a head on collision with a semi truck. I am so glad I did. It was a long journey to the end, but I couldn’t have come out on the other side without him!
