I was in a head on collision with a drunk driver. Hunter and Missy did a great job handling my case. I was never left in the dark about what was going on with my case. I was updated at least every month. Missy also checked on me periodically to see how my recovery was going. I feel like they fought hard to make sure I received the compensation I deserved for my car accident. Thank you Missy and Hunter! I’m very satisfied with the service I received!

My entire experience with Missy and Arlene was amazing. I was in an car accident with the result of my car being totaled. They definitely took their time out to help me. I had multiple things going on at the time of the accident an I was able to put everything with the accident in their hands an not able to worry about it. Even with me being unresponsive for a month they still did their jobs. Was involved in a hit and run back in March, so I was dealing with trying to file against my own insurance. Hunter and Missy kept me up to date on the status and any further action that was needed by me. All this in the middle of the pandemic. Though I never met either of them personally (due to the pandemic) I feel like they handled and resolved my case perfectly. Here's hoping I don't get hit by someone again, but at least I know who to call if I do.

Auger & Auger exceeded my expectations. I was in a car accident Thanksgiving week of 2020. I was rear ended while stopped at a light and my 2016 Toyota SUV was totaled. While thankfully I was not severely injured I did suffer minor injuries requiring weeks of medical treatments. I was also left without a car during the holidays requiring me to rent a van to drive to the family gathering out of town. I would recommend Auger and Auger to anyone that has a injury claim that’s wants an easy, stress free, and responsive attorney service that provides amazing results. I was in a car accident that caused whip lash injuries to my neck and back. I have never put in a lawsuit before and always attempted to solve things myself. So I called and was immediately routed to Hunter Gillespie. Hunter put my mind and ease and simply explained the entire process, what they needed from me, and what the exceptions were. I sent over the details he needed and within a few days I received a packet explaining the entire timeline from start to finish on how long and what to expect through the whole case process. From there it was peace of mind. Hunter would contact me with any updates the second he received them or if he needed other details through text or email. All contracts and paper work were online and esigned so never had to meet in person. It was like I didn’t even have to think about the case and within a few months i he called me that the insurance settle and I received almost 3x more then what I had even expected.

Not satisfied on how my family car accident case was handled. They offered $75 to my son after they took their fees and paid the medical bills . If I knew what I knew now back when I was looking for a lawyer I wouldn't have chose this law firm to represent my family.
