The mid-town office was very professional and courteous and handled my case very efficiently. They were always willing to answer questions and answer the many emails I sent them in regards to the case. I would like to thank them for being so understanding, being that this was a case where the insurance wasn't being as cooperative as we would have liked but they stayed on top and I appreciate that greatly!

From my very first interaction with Mr. Gillespie, when he returned my initial call from his car on his way out of town, I knew he was the attorney I wanted to represent me. He left a great first impression and every interaction with him thereafter, whether by email or by phone, was prompt and professional. Mr Auger and his team handled a personal injury claim for me this year, as I was involved in an auto accident. Their downtown location is easy to find with convenient parking. Auger took my case and went to work right away. They kept in constant contact with me through the whole case, via email and phone calls. If I had questions, they returned my phone calls and emails promptly. They fought for me until my insurance company gave me a fair settlement. I met Mrs Auger when I picked up my settlement check. She was nice and professional. I had my check in hand in less than five minutes.

Hunter Gillespie represented me in my case and worked very hard on my case and kept me in the loop during the process. He found and recommended a great chiropractor who took care of me until I fully recovered from my injuries. He also fought to get get me a better settlement offer from the insurance company. I would definitely recommend hiring a attorney from Auger & Auger to represent you if you're in need of a lawyer.

Herb Auger and his team were a grey team to work with throughout my personal injury case. Mr Auger was great. The insurance company did not give the amount that was deserved and Mr. auger reduced his fees to make sure that came away some much needed money. I did not have to do anything once I went to see him, He took care of everything. He even got my chiropractor to reduce their fees also so increase my pay out. I highly recommend Auger and Auger.

I had the great pleasure of working with Herb and team on a personal injury (car accident) case over the past several months. Herb is a class act and is the epitome of who you want defending you as a lawyer. His support staff is always welcoming and will make sure Herb calls you back promptly if he is unavailable. Even with the most messy case, Auger & Auger was able to close a settlement of which would be near impossible had I tried to defend myself. Mr. Auger represented me after a car accident I was unfortunately part of last fall. I was rear ended and the insurance company was being extremely rude with me, so I decided to have a lawyer handle the matter for me. I am really glad that I did! Mr. Auger and his staff were very professional and handled everything for me so I didn't have to deal with any of it. In the end, he made sure that everything was covered and I'm thankful that I didn't have to fight this on my own. I hope I never require such services again, but if I do, I know where to go.
