I don't like leaving reviews but I feel like I NEED to leave this review to help anyone who may need to see this. Most lawyers are untrustworthy and all they want is your money. Josh Madsen is not that kind of lawyer. He is kind, helpful, effective and he never talks down to you. I wish he had a specialty in everything so he could help more people. Seriously, if you need a lawyer call Auger & Auger.

I have dealt with lawyers who immediately felt untrustworthy, who lied boldly to my face and who did nothing but take my money. Believe me when I say this won't happen to you if you use Auger & Auger. If you are lucky enough to speak to and/or work with Joshua Madsen then you can rest assured the service will be exceptional. It's easy to get lost in the shuffle and treated like your case isn't important but not with Joshua Madsen. This is the first time a lawyer has treated me like I was the most important client and given me the help I needed. Effective, efficient, informative, personable and just a nice person to deal with.

Attorney Herb Auger and paralegal Keely did an awesome job on my case. I was hit by a car exiting a parking garage while riding my scooter. His ins denied my claim. I hired Attorney Herb and he was confident and won my case. I received money for my medical bill and injuries. First class lawyers.
