Utilized Crumbley Roberts for a workers comp injury against a major hospital system. They were scared to go to court... my "attorney" said if I did not settle, I would have to get another lawyer...Do not waste your time with this firm... unless you have a little, insignificant case go elsewhere. If you have a significant injury or anything complex that will require care in the future... Crumbley will cause you harm... I will be having surgery in April, L3-4, L4-5 , and L5 -S1 discectomy in Texas ( the final cure for my injury as a critical care nurse) my husband paid for my surgery with his 401k because Crumbley Roberts failed to persue future medical costs for me.... This firm is not the right choice for people with REAL injuries needing REAL care. Keep looking.... hope this helps.

A friend and I were on our way to a district garden club meeting when my car was totaled by another driver. Mr. Fleury "held my hands" through the entire ordeal (hospitalization, transportation back home, insurance...etc). His professionalism and gallant courtesies were truly appreciated. Not the greatest experience after I hired them for a car accident case that was pretty straight forward, the driver admitted fault in the police report, yet it's still been over a year since the case was opened, and my entire case was lost about 9 months in, and they forgot I was even a client.

Mr Fleury was quick to act and took care of everything for me and my family when I was injured. I was contacted regularly with updates and given very good advice when decisions had to be made.
