This has been the easiest experience. Of course to get our final settlement, it took some time, but I was very pleased with the amount of communication and transparency throughout the whole process. Hopefully, I should not need Their services again, but if so, I would definitely recommend. Everyone’s very friendly and knowledgeable.

I’ve recently had the opportunity of working with Margaret Ford and throughout the entire process of my case I have been nothing but satisfied. She has been amazing to work with, very patient and informative. She understood every concern I had. I initially hesitated to leave a positive review due to the communication issues and mishandling of documents I experienced. Throughout the process, I had to resubmit pictures and documents multiple times, causing significant delays. Despite this, I chose to write a short, positive review out of curiosity. I signed the contract in November, and it took six months and numerous follow-up calls and emails to receive payment. However, two months after I was paid, I was informed by both Margaret Ford and my physical therapist that the therapist had not been fully compensated. The attorney’s office claimed the doctor’s office failed to submit paperwork on time, but after reviewing the communication from the physical therapist, it was clear that the attorney’s office had dropped the ball. Given that they lost my paperwork earlier in the process, I wonder if they also misplaced the invoices from my doctor. As a result, I am now out of pocket nearly $700.
