He stayed in communication with us throughout the settlement process. His paralegal staff was hard working and diligent as well. I would highly recommend this firm.

Yes I accepted settlement offer do to lack of support or compassion or professionalism from my attorney and his entire staff (Douglas Petho) . There is a huge difference between been tolerated and appreciated by a service provider especially a personal injury attorney who you expect a certain level of compassion courtesy PRIVACY above all professionalism not sure who is responding to post but i'm assured I only spoke with Mr. Petho and his paralegal during my entire year of dealing with this firm which was not often due to my attempt to recover from injury and all the consequences of a accident but as usual this response was the same as all previous responses "Tolerated and unprofessional" !!! Thanks for your continually display of unprofessional ism by responding with my legal last name! I have no desires of receiving any more apologizes from you. I choose this firm based solely on google reviews and my spirit has not let me rest from 3 month of concluding the offenses I suffered from been client of this firm for a year ... I contacted this firm about the death of my son due to medical malpractice. I spoke to Edgar Jimenez. He asked me to send medical records and my information. I followed up twice by email and twice by phone. Once I left him a voicemail and the second time, I spoke to an assistant in the office. He has never responded. After a month, I've decided to contact another law firm.
