From Day 1 my case was easy . My case manager was professional , attentive, compassionate and very responsive.
In fact everyone from the receptionists, the adjuster and the attorneys have these qualities.
Anyone could help me and answer questions about my case. I never had to call for updates.

Amber was originally my attorney, I was informed she had left the office and my case was transferred over to Michael. Michael did a great job with keeping me updated and with returning my calls, most of the time there were o updates but the fact that he returned my call made me feel comfortable with the process. During the time of the settlement April was handling my case and she was fantastic with being responsive and very informative with what was happening. She did a great job with returning my calls as well.
