Matt Villmer and his team did an outstanding job on my case. I couldn't be more pleased. They were on top of it from start to finish and worked their tails off to get me the best outcome. They took a huge amount of stress out of an incredibly stressful situation. I'd hire Matt again in a heartbeat.

My company was hired to complete a custom home build. Halfway through the project the owner stopped paying and owed us a pretty large sum of money. After filing a lien on the property I hired Matthew to "perfect" the lien and attempt to get the money owed. Not only did he get the money that was owed to me, he also got all the money back we had to spend on attorney's fees etc. Matt was very honest, upfront, and responsive throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him.

He was very personable and we felt comfortable working with him. Our business is multi-faceted. Matthew represents myself and about 180 other families in a large consumer fraud case. Matthew has put a lot of work and effort into our collective cases, and I’m impressed by his integrity and tenacity. It looked dark early on with the first case and the flippant attitudes he must have encountered from the defendant. I want to thank him so much for pressing on. Also I want to thank the members of his firm for upholding their promise. Honesty and courage is hard to find in these times.

As an electrical contractors we go into relationships with individuals and GC's to provide services for their projects. Once satisfactory works is performed and customers don't pay, it leaves me as a contractor with employees helpless. There are no laws in place to protect us. This is where Matthew Villmer and Lacy Fachan come in to play. With a short phone call and the proper paper work provided to them, they immediately went into action and things started to happen. When I have payroll and material already paid out of pocket and my company holding the cost, it's nice to see the customer, that doesn't want to pay, start to fold under the professional pressure applied by Matthew and Lacy. They were delayed for a moment by silly promises made by the GC, but Matthew and Lacy pressed all the more. In the end a lien was applied and payment from the customer was achieved. The cost to hire them on to the case was minimal to the money owed me. Thanks again Matthew and Lacy, job well done!!

Matt was very easy to work with. He gave me a detailed description of my options. I felt total trust in what he told me, because he laid different scenarios and the pros and cons of each one. He didn't try to push me down a path...and let me make informed decisions for myself.

Matt Villmer has proved in my case to be quite knowledgeable and very responsive. An out-of-state owner of a rental, we had "squatters" with whom we needed assistance.
