I enjoyed working with Alexander on my case, I am very pleased with the result of the case and the tremendous effort he put in. Alexander not only took the time to get to know me, but he also wanted to connect with my family. Whenever we interacted, he would always ask how my family is doing, I truly appreciated the caring attitude he displayed. He often gave encouraging talks regarding my academic journey to medical school. I found myself to be often confused by all the legal jargon- Alexander took a lot of time in explaining the information to me in layman's terms. Throughout the case, Alexander did a tremendous job of keeping up with communication, I would always get an email update from him regarding the status of my case, and if I had any additional questions- regardless of the time during the day, I can always call or email him and I would get a reply. Feeling at ease, to ask questions in my opinion, is important when speaking to a lawyer. When you're dealing with legal issues that will affect the quality of your life long term, you need time to think. In some instances, I did not feel 100% comfortable speaking to Alexander. Unfortunately, at some appointments, I felt rushed, in one rare case, the way he had spoken to me was a bit "snippy". I am a morning person, with my work/school schedule I preferred to meet with Alexander during the earlier part of the mornings. Sometimes I had to wait outside until he arrived at the office. Needless to say, he would always call and provide an explanation for the tardiness. I guess it annoyed me then because as a professional, being punctual is expected. Overall, I was truly grateful to Alexander for the way he handled my case, without his help I would never have been awarded the compensation I received. It took patience, tenacity, and determination to get the job done- all qualities Alexander undoubted displayed. Thank you.

The folks here were fantastic from the start. I could contact my case lawyer Robert Herford when needed and he was very responsive. From the start to the end, Ted Greve and Associates did what they said they would do were able to get me a fair and just settlement without going to court.

The lawyers were nice and very considerate, the listed to our issues and offered us advice on the consideration then took our small case when other big name lawyers didn't even call to let us know that they are not going to take our case. If you were injured at work my comp lawyer seem to not care when I received my pay check. She would say she will call me back and would not, and tell me one thing then something different the next call. She never really seemed to be focused on my case or what has happened with my case. My accident lawyer seemed aggravated when I called because I was calling and I had not been released yet but I just had some questions. The accident lawyer would end calls telling me we can talk when I'm released.
