Hands down the best personal injury law firm in Charlotte. "Chip" was the only lawyer in the area who felt confident enough to take my case. He was even able to settle for higher than what I expected. I definitely recommend him and this law firm.

Not all their cut out to be don't kid yourself they don't really want to help you

Two women, Marci Elijah-Lemons and Kathy Jackson, whom I interacted with at Ted Greve's were exceptional. They took care of my concerns and questions on a workers comp case as if it were their own issue. Extremely responsive and excellent customer care are a good summation of the quality of service I received from them. One final note is that I never had to chase them for answers as they always kept me updated until the issue was resolved. I am very pleased to have them handling my questions.

My car was severely damaged in a car accident, and the at-fault driver's insurance company did not want to pay the diminished value determined during the "umpire" phase outlined in NC General Statute 20-279.21, subsection D. Even though he doesn't normally take such cases, Alex recognized my determined commitment to make the insurance company pay what it owed. He helped me through the arbitration process, after which the insurance company agreed to pay the amount the arbitrator (and the umpire) determined was fair. That amount was more than 8 times their original offer. The legal process is not easy to navigate -- unless you have someone like Alex Woodyard guiding you and answering your questions. I'm very appreciative of the navigation -- and results -- he provided.

I could not have navigated the Disability review process with Ted Greve, Gerry and Stephen Goad. Thank you gentlemen for giving me back a quality of life and a dignity of life so that I am not making my health worse by being STRESSED every minute worrying about no income, medical bills accumulating and the mental pain of not being able to deal with all of these things for myself.
