Mr. Hinnant represented my family and I when my father died as a result of a medication error made by the staff of a local hospital. He filed a lawsuit for us within a few days of the statute of limitations expiring when other attorneys I spoke with were unwilling to do so. He was both informative and aggressive, and retained the necessary experts that helped to prove my father's case. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an attorney to help them during difficult times.

My daughter was hurt extremely bad in her accident. It's a hard case. This happened in January 2020. I appreciate that they are fighting on her behalf. By them not giving up hope she's not either.
