In 2006, upon the demise of our company, Eastern Seaboard Packaging, Ken, along with the associates at his law firm, guided Nikki and myself through various trials and tribulations. Attempting to rebuild different careers, and upon bad information that resulted in our being defrauded for several million dollars, we turned to Ken who advised that recovery in North Carolina was not only possible, but also subject to treble damages . Presently the Andresen Law Firm has filed claims through FINRA, (regulatory body for small investors) to hopefully bring a conclusion to this unfortunate situation. Ken has worked with me concerning a business called Shela Enterprises, LLC, that involves the promotion of a new technology to a global company. Ken was involved in the writing of the contract needed, and he has been very interactive with key personnel to bring this business into fruition.
