I got a pretty serious speeding ticket on I77. I found Remington & Dixon from an advertisement letter through the mail (I think because in North Carolina, attorneys can advertise this way using public court case information). I ended up contacting them through their web form on their website. E-mail communications with these guys are always quick - I always got replies within a couple of hours. They were realistic with setting expectations on whey they could achieve with the ticket. The best part about hiring an attorney was that I didn't have to plead my case to the district attorney or in front of a judge myself, as I have exactly zero experience in doing that. In the end, I was glad that I paid for their service, because for my case, they helped me get my ticket reduced to a point that would not affect my auto insurance rates. The fee I paid was a fraction of what I would have gotten in insurance increases in the next few years.

I have a flashy vehicle, which often draws unwanted attention from police, and I have been cited for two moving violations since buying the car. I feel the tickets were unreasonable, but I am a respectful citizen and just followed instructions. I used Remington & Dixon in both cases and they were flawless. Actually, they were better than flawless. They completely exceeded my expectations both times. Not only were my tickets reduced to non-moving violations, but a silly license plate frame infraction was dismissed outright. They were excellent communicators, and I always knew what was happening each step of the way. They are extremely affordable and because of them my court costs and fines were also very low. Best of all, there was no impact on my auto insurance and no points on my license. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, but I hope I don’t have to.
