Brandon was my attorney and he was absolutely amazing attorney! He was always on top of everything. I was never worried that he would forget about anything and was always fast at responding to any questions. I felt at ease knowing that he was representing me. If I ever need another attorney, he willbe my first call.

I got a speeding ticket in September, 2021. A friend of a relative recommended Mr. Remington. I gathered the necessary paperwork for Mr. Remington to take my case, but days and weeks went by and it never appeared on the court docket. I tried to pay Mr. Remington his minimum fee, just to be sure I had an attorney ready to defend me, but he said he didn’t want me to do so until there was an actual case to defend. Months went by, the court date written on my speeding ticket came and went, and still nothing. I was grateful that it seemed I would not be charged with a speeding conviction after all. Then, out of nowhere in March, 2023 - 1.5 years later! - I received almost 20 letters in the mail from attorneys eager to defend me in an April court date for my speeding ticket. What a shock! I called Mr. Remington’s office and spoke to Blake Miller, whose friendly, professional attitude assured me they would get me through this ridiculous turn of events. I was happily surprised that even though I hadn’t paid a penny to the firm in 2021, Mr. Remington had created a file for me with all of the paperwork I had gathered, so I didn’t have to start all over with that process. I especially appreciated Blake’s speedy responses to my phone and email questions and her reliability. Every time she said she would do something related to my case, she did it and she did it on the timeline she gave me. In the end, Mr. Remington got my case dismissed! I would definitely recommend this law firm!

Remington and Dixon handled a traffic violation for me. Brandon conveyed entire process and was very professional and assured he would do his best to reduce all. Due to covid restrictions, traffic court cases were delayed but he always stayed in touch via email and as soon as court resumed, he advised ticket reduced and no points to insurance or license. I got charged with reckless driving by going 56 on a 35 and Mr. Remington was able to reduce the charge to improper equipment. He was also able to get my court costs waived so all I had to pay was the lawyer fee and the fine which was very reasonable. He also emails and calls back very quickly whenever you try to contact him. Mr. Remington is a very professional lawyer and I highly recommend hiring him.

Enjoyed working with this firm. I liked that they gave you two options of payment up front and also responded very quickly. Got my speeding ticket for 15 over reduced to a moving violation, so I did not incur any points on my license. Much needed for my family to keep budgeting for our future.
