If you are looking for professional attorneys who do great work, you can not beat Adam Seifer and David Capper. I found their civil work with my daughters personal injury case to be exemplary. Their attention to detail and follow up responses are second to none. I have met them personally, along with other members of their staff and can see why they are one of the best law firms in Charlotte. Although civil cases tend to take a long time to complete, you will find this firm works until the end. I highly recommend their work.

Ryan Ames helped me greatly in getting my reckless driving ticket dismissed and I just had to plead guilty to speeding. Highly recommend if you need a lawyer. Communication could be much better though, took multiple messages often to get a response on questions.

I would not recommend. I obtained this law firm through a family friend Ed Martin being my attorney and was not represented properly or given all my options when it came to my charges. I was informed of court 12hrs prior to court at 9pm, which gave me no time to reach out to family or friends for moral support. I was not advised on the different plea options and literally had to google what each one meant while in the lobby of court only for my attorney to say they mean the same thing. Which they can’t mean the same thing if they’re listed different ways. I was assigned to a substance abuse class which my attorney could not educate me as to why being I don’t use any substances and never tried to find out why or push back about it. I was not informed my license would be suspended until right before the papers were signed in the court lobby.

I contacted the firm from California needing to be represented in SC. Within days, my case was heard, plead down and fees ready for me to pay! Great customer service from all staff that I communicated with. Overall I’m very satisfied with services.

You can rest assured they have your best interest. You can expect from them professionalism, quality of work, timely feedback, and detailed information about the whole process from beginning to end. Whether you have an insurance claim or paying out of pocket, the quality of service delivery is the same. I’ve gone to them for traffic infractions, material loss, and personal loss. Adam and his team were very professional and helpful with my case where I was t-boned by another driver running a stop sign. A good friend of mine recommended Adam and his team to me. I’m glad he did because I could have not done it without them. If you want honesty and integrity come check them out before you go anywhere else. Highly recommend SeiferFlatow, specifically Missy, Lisa, and Megan. Earlier this year, I had gone through one of the scariest and hardest situations of my life. They held my hand through it all and made me feel safe, that everything would be okay, and it was, thanks to them. Law and legal can be confusing but they answered every question I had, was always available, and always made sure I knew everything going on currently and in the future. Missy Foard did an outstanding job in assisting me, and helping me negotiate a favorable divorce settlement.
