The Sumwalt Group is by far the best Attorney's in the state of NC. Vernon Sumwalt is Board Certified and his Credential's speak for them self. I had a very ruff workers Comp case and was put thru the system as if I was in the wrong for getting hurt at work. I was treated horrible by the insurance company and there attorney. Vernon came into my workers comp case and turned that all around for me. He made sure I was provided with every right that i was entitled by the workers comp law. When the time came for hearings Vernon was very well prepared and very calm, he made sure the Judge heard my case and its issues. He helped me and my family thru by far the most difficult and challenging times in our lives. Mr. Sumwalt and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. They answered any questions I had. They also made sure I understood the answers, and process.
