Sumwalt Law was great in assisting me with my worker compensation claim from start to finish and was settle quicker than I even expected it would be settled, the members were always courteous toward me and gave me the feeling and confidence that they were just as concerned with my claim as I was. I would highly recommend this Law Firm to anyone filing a works compensation claim or seeking a trail lawyer for defense.

I never thought I would need a Workman's Comp lawyer but, Mr. Sumwalt's name was given to me from a reliable source. I was very nervous at first because this was new territory for me. But from the beginning Mr. Sumwalt was very reassuring and pleasant. He explained to me about the process. He also explained that this was something that would not happen overnight, but I could rest assured that he knew what he was doing and he was very experienced. I could also call on him if I had any questions or did not understand something. He was very personable, honest and kept me up to date on what was going on with my case. I really appreciate all of his patience with me and could not ask for a better lawyer.
