I would like to say that Tedesco Legal is the best l! Mary is so straight forward and she knows her laws. She not only prepares you for the tough questions for USCIS but she is very knowledgeable and eristic. If our attorney had not been with us on the phone we would have not been approved for sure due to a simple form the USCIS was trying to make a decision based on, however our attorney made her point and was very firm with it! That the USCIS officers facial expression said it all “I better not mess with this attorney” We had a complicated case and Mary was our reason that we got approved. I cannot express also how quickly she is to respond to any of our questions! I know I am a very anxious person and she knew exactly how to handle my situation. I came to Marylynn in 2018 when I was looking for an attorney to take over my AOS case. I went to many others in the charlotte area, some even out of state and when I met with her I instantly knew she was the right one, my instinct told me she would not fail me and she did not. As soon as she took over my case I started receiving updates from USCIS and she always kept me updated. She worked hard and did things as she thought were best for me. She helped me go back to my country after 22 years through Advance Parole and because I went I did not have to go to my interview in Juarez for my AOS case. I finally got my Green Card this month and I am so happy to say that this process was made easier because of my attorney Marylynn Tadesco.
