Recently, I dealt with Ms. Molly Anthony, attorney at law, and Southpark Family Law when addressing the needs of my adult aged son and his mental health conditions that have progressively created challenging situations for myself and the family. I felt that my concerns and his medical condition was well listened to and addressed with the appropriate line of questions in order to place him on a track that would best serve his needs at this time. Ms. Molly Anthony made a home assessment visit in order to best evaluate the situation. I was apprised of all activities and actions that were being taken through the services of Southpark Family Law and the court system in relation to what would be the steps as we worked through the court system to obtain legal guardianship. My purpose in seeking their assistance was to navigate the system of resources that are available for adults with diagnosed mental health issues. To the layperson, those services are not always easy to navigate or seek out without assistance from knowledgeable professionals who are familiar with these situations. I was pleased with the outcome of our first appearances; presented the situation and medical concerns to a judge for ruling on guardianship, and we continue to work together to acquire the most effective programs to assist my son. It's a holiday week. I'm a service connected disabled veteran. Have sole custody of my son. However, I've been with his mom (stepmom) he calls her mom, that's mom. For 10 years going on 11 now. Now I have heart issues (32 years old) in good shape, and I just got the walking again after spinal surgery last year. Anyway, I first got ahold of Molly after leaving a voice-mail on Monday. Before I go further, my intent was to ensure my family is taken care of as a real risk of death during surgery may occur on Monday. Courts are closed on Thursday, and Friday today was the last possible day to get my affairs in order. There would be complications as I own a small business and wanted to ensure our employees could continue to have their careers if something happens to me and she was secure as well. So, anyway, the attorney, Molly Anthony, called me back the same day and got my agreement created to ensure my family is secure within 72 hours. I called 12 other law firms before she answered the call, which would have been weeks in some cases months. Thank you Molly you may have secured my family's future. This attorney cared was sincere and professional. She did good work and I would recommend her to anyone.
