This was my first experience in hiring a lawyer for anything. And this experience was great. I hired them to try and help me get divorced after 4 long years of unsuccessful attempts. They were very upfront with cost, had genuine sympathy, and really seemed to care about the situation, not just the money. She offered me all of my options, and helped me make the right decision that finally got me where I wanted to be. Divorced! The process was painless, and the support South Park Family Law offers is exceptional. I will definitely be back to them for any new matters, and recommend them to anyone looking for a great lawyer to represent you.

Made an appointment for a consultation today last week and when I got there I was told I couldn't be scene due to conflict of interest. I was more upset that I took time from work to come in when they couldve told me this sooner.

Also look at the 5 star reviews they received one from Leigh Williams! Wow she’s given herself 5 stars. Oh this is just too much!!!! I bet the others all work there too. Well then the overall rating for them should be a 2 star rating! Not someone I would want to use, how about you???? Update to my review! Now I just found out that after my sister and my 80 year old mother paid this firm $5,000 dollars to accomplish not one thing. They will not continue doing any additional work on helping my poor sister obtain spousal support unless she pays them $1500 dollars a month! What a piece of work this attorney is!!!! Obviously they are only practicing law for the money... run very far away from this group!!! I am so appalled. These people need to be stopped!!! My sister is using Leigh Williams for her divorce. Not only has she not accomplished even obtaining spousal support. My sister is continuing to spend 400 dollars a month to pay for her husbands health insurance she has also had to buy a car and take on an additional 500 dollar a month expense. My sister left with the clothes on her back due to a terrible home environment and works at a grocery and clearly makes very little money. She paid this attorney 5000 dollars and can barely afford to live and now this firm wants more money! Clearly they only care about getting paid and do NOT have their clients best interest at heart. I am appalled as I helped my sister find this attorney. I wish she NEVER hired this woman. Now my sister is going bankrupt and has no spousal support and can not afford to pay this lawyer any more money so she will end up with absolutely nothing! What a disgusting practice to take advantage of a poor struggling woman that is just trying to get out of a mentally abusive marriage. APPALLING is the only word that comes to mind with this attorney!!!

Kelly Jesson helped us get our legal life in order! She advised us on what documents we needed for our situation and age. She walked us through Wills, POA, medical POAs and healthcare directives. She determined a more cost effective way to handle some of our requests and even offered to coordinate with our insurance company if necessary. She truly partnered with us to ensure we got what we needed and understood all of it. I would highly recommend her and her firm.

Our company had a legal matter in North Carolina that necessitated retention of an attorney licensed in that State. We contacted Mr. Edward Jesson's office in March and spoke to his legal assistant/paralegal Michelle. She asked for complete background and detailed information on the matter in writing. We sent a lengthy email with all the confidential case information to their office. Michelle advised either Mr. Jesson or Ms. Jesson would get back to us after their review of the matter. A month and a half later we were still waiting for a phone call, or at the very least, an email stating they were not interested. Terrible business practice. They delayed a case that we are now successfully litigating with another firm. I definitely would not recommend Edward Jesson's firm.

Jesson & Rains went above and beyond the call of duty with my father's estate and help explain the process along the way. Their professional staff is top notch and very attentive to your needs. I highly recommend this group if you need any of their services in the future. Keep on rockin' Kelly !!!!
