Even though Kelly could not take my case, she returned my call and not only was respectful enough to personally inform me that she would not be able take my case, but actually took the time to listen to a synopsis of my case and then give me advice based upon my circumstances! I have had to deal with multiple attorneys the past few years, and even the attorneys I hired were not as conscientious, thoughtful, caring or involved as Kelly was. This has been the 2nd time we have hired John due to a person who just won't leave us alone in our life. John has been superb both times!
