Leigh takes a personal interest in her clients and knows how to get the best possible outcome in any of her cases.  I came to Leigh during one of the darkest times in my life, I had a very difficult and trying divorce/custody case.  I too, was also a very difficult client at times.  Leigh stood by me no matter what, she never gave up on me or my case, she fought right alongside me and always believed in me. Leigh's strong character, tenacity and commitment to do the right thing gave me the best case scenario. I highly recommend Leigh and her team for any of your legal needs!

When I first called Touchstone Family Law, I was nervous, anxious, and had a thousand questions. I knew I called the right office after speaking to the receptionist, Erica, who was kind and patient. I met with Leigh Sellers, who I knew after that first meeting, she was going to be my advocate during my separation along with guide me in the right direction that would be appropriate for my children and I. She is knowledgeable, efficient, straight-forward, and patiently answered all my questions. Her staff is calm, kind, and patient. When Leigh was not available, her paralegal, Johnnathan, listened to my problems or questions assuring me he would relay my message to Leigh and I would receive a response. I was always informed of the status of my case either through e-mail or a phone call. I never felt "out of the dark" during the entire process. I cannot thank Leigh and the members of her staff enough for taking such good care of me and my case. My children and I are in a better place because of her and Touchstone Family Law.

Leigh created a pre-nuptual agreement for me and then executed this pre-nup in the subsequent divorce. She was very thorough and without her assistance, I would have suffered financial consequences. Also, she stood behind me in the divorce to make sure that other issues were handled promptly and properly. She is a good advocate and excellant attorney.

Ms. Sellers took on my divorce case after my first attorney did nothing on my file for months and I had to cut ties with him. No complaints though, because Ms. Sellers and her assistant Maria dove right in and gave me top notch representation that ended up getting me a settlement that I was very happy with. It was especially comforting that during a trying time in my life Ms. Sellers was easy to work with and normally responded to my questions within hours. I have already recommended her to others seeking a divorce in South Carolina.

I loved working with Leigh and her team. When my world was falling apart and out of control, she gave me the tools to pick the pieces up and concentrate of what had to be done. Divorce is never simple, but she gave me wise advise and helped me work through the complexities of the legal system. Guiding me on when to be agressive to take action and when to just sit back and wait. She referred me to other reliable sources who could help with the issues I had that were not directly related to the divorce. She armed me with knowledge, so I could feel confident in making the best of a bad situation. Pulling together financial files was hard, but it kept me on track and gave me the information I needed to know to make informed decisions. Good help is not cheap, but she helped me keep costs to a minimum and allowed me to do what I could by myself. I strongly recommend this firm.

I was lucky enough to be referred to Mrs. Sellers after I left my husband of 16 years. As with most divorces, this is an emotional and stressful time. I cannot say enough good things about Ms. Sellers and her paralegal, Jenny Pattana. Not only did they provide legal support and advice, they eased the emotional burden. Mrs. Sellers helped me through a very difficult contested divorce and custody case. She guided me professionally from the moment I first sat down with her to tell her my "story". All aspects of my divorce were a challenge. We had a temp custody trial, a full custody trial, and lawyer to lawyer property mediations. My case took nearly a year and a half to finally settle. Mrs. Sellers dealt with and handled my significant other changing between two different lawyers and even going pro se at one point. Through it all Mrs. Sellers and her staff were incredible. I truly believe that I would not have been able to Father my children full time, as I do now, due to naivety, lack of knowledge, and lack of experience if it were not for the help of Mrs. Sellers and her amazing staff.

I worked with Leigh for the past four years in a very complex custody case “that was the Judge definition”. I do believe miracles exist, I do believe in God, I do believe in fairness and justice, I do believe money is not the main aspect who drives justice and a good case, Leigh proved me that…is the case itself, true and justice. Leigh demonstrated that to me with the excellent professional handling of my case prior, during and post. She is mine and my son’s personal guardian angel. We won’t every battle in four years, two mediations, three agreements and five days trial, if this does not speak by itself what would be? Very pleased with how she handled my case. She kept me informed. Knows the law. She treated me and my family with respect. Highly recommend!

Charged me constantly. Did not advocate for me. Dumped me off on an associate minutes before my mediation. The associate had never done a mediation. Had no patience with me or for my questions. I am in a bad way because of her. Leigh "fired" me because of slow payment. Refused monthly payments. Stay Away !!!!!!!
