Maggie and her whole staff are phenomenal. I am a nurse who went through a very difficult and complicated worker’s compensation case. Maggie was not only knowledgeable, professional, and proactive, but she was compassionate, personable and respectful as well. She is an expert at what she does and I felt secure throughout the entire case in knowing she had my best interest as her number one priority. I could not have survived my ordeal mentally or physically without her and could not be happier with the outcome. She and her entire staff were professional, friendly and caring during every contact I had with them and kept me updated every step of the way. I would recommend Maggie and her team to anyone and everyone, including my own family. This firm helped me get through a very difficult time in my life and I can’t thank them enough!

Maggie Shankle was able to negotiate our son’s workers’ comp settlement for a work-related vehicle accident. She was able to have the workers’ comp carrier waive their entire lien on recovery, and she got the full policy limits on the personal injury. She also negotiated for an additional amount from his own insurance for the underinsured motorist. While we are certain that worker’s comp claims don’t always turn out this perfectly, we are super delighted Maggie was so diligent in representing our son for his claim.

Update 2018 once again I have used Maggie for her workers comp services if I could give her and her team a 10 stars I would. Even though they are extremely busy (being the fabulous team they are) they never leave any question unanswered or make you feel rushed. I really can't say enough good about shankle law firm. No question about it they are the BEST. 2014Maggie and her team was wonderful. We had a case that was going no where, until we found her, and she handled everything for the switch of lawyers. I could not have asked for a better experience once we found them.
