Will is an outstanding immigration lawyer and a highly empathetic person. I first met Will in 2015 when I was a senior at Davidson College, where he volunteers some of his time to help international students transition to the U.S. job market. Over a course of more than 7 years, Will has always been highly responsive to all my questions and concerns as I navigated the U.S. immigration process. More specifically, Will helped me through several types of work visas (TN, H1B, Multi-national manager) until I recently received my US permanent residency (Green Card). His advise has always been helpful and on point. His deep knowledge of immigration law combined with his work ethic led to a positive immigration outcome for me. Perhaps more importantly, Will is a highly empathetic person, which is a very positive attribute as immigration can be a long and difficult process. Immigration process can be intimidating and stressful. Having William Russell Hammel taking care of our case made it a breeze. With a web based tool and few conference calls, everything was taken care of. All we had to do is study American history, geography and government. The complete process took just over 6 months.
