Dawn was handling the transaction, she never updated me, she withdrew from the transaction and did not notify me of her withdrawal. I was notI notified or included in email communication by the person the transaction was handed off to. My awareness only came from the sales agent in the transaction. Extremely poor communication and its 2 days past closing and I still don't have any figures to approve nor an estimated closing date.
