I received my paperwork within days and she even caught an error in the title from when I purchased the home, contacted the Seller’s attorney, and worked it out swiftly and flawlessly. Bess also followed up with me just prior to the closing to ensure I had sent my documentation to the buyer’s attorney so nothing was delayed on my end. She is excellent to work with and I would recommend her to anyone during the buying or selling of a property.
