Terrible I call them back they pick up and put me on hold for 15+ minutes just so they can pick up my line and hang up on me like then what was the point of calling me in the first place. I thought it was gonna be about something serious but thank you 🙂🙄🙄

Kelly Frecker, specifically, and McGrath & Spielberger in general, were impressive to work with. Kelly was a great listener and suggested a sensible approach to resolve our issue. The support staff were quick to respond and incredibly helpful. And when they said they would follow up on something, they certainly did and in a timely manner.

Mr. Spielberger helped me get my business set up along with many other questions I have had along the way. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly cares about his clients. I would highly recommend him if you are in need of an attorney!

When I moved to Charleston several years ago, I got my apartment sight unseen, and it was not what I expected. It was also infected with black mold, and bugs. I clearly did not want to live in these conditions. I went to the leasing office and they would not let me out of my lease even though I hadn't even moved in yet. Jim Spielberger was able to save the day, getting me out of that lease without penalty from the complex. I highly recommend McGrath & Spielberger!!

I've been working with Jim Spielberger for years not only having him as my attorney but as a trusted advisor on many occasions. When it comes to housekeeping items, his team is fast and friendly to get me what I need. When it come to those unique situations I find myself in, he gives it to me straight and finds that right solution for what I need. I plan on bugging him with my never-ending ideas for as long as he'll let me!

I talked to Sabrina McCauley last week about a business matter I needed help with. She told me to send in the letter I had and they would look at it. Before I could send it to them they had emailed me saying “our firm is not currently taking on any type of dispute matters”. When I clearly told them what I had. That’s just bad business and a waste of time. I’d except better business than that.

They were very efficient and helpful after I had trouble getting call backs from 2 other firms. They resolved my title change quickly at a reasonable cost. I referred my fiancé as well to handle his land title change as well.

Sooo, this law firm works for LegalZoom, the receptionist (Sabrina) provided the worse customer service ever, after I asked who was the managing attorney there...she tells me "It doesn't matter" WOW...so I simply visited the website and obtained that Information myself. Every Month for the past 3 years I have paid a monthly fee of $39.99 to have access to attorneys... unfortunately they are not available unless an appointment is made...and you only receive 30 minutes...well they called me and I called back and by the time the receptionist got all of my information and asked her questions it was now 10 minutes and she processed to tell me that I would have to reschedule because they close the appointment after 10 minutes. EHAT A SCAM!!! I told them my question should not take long at all and I am ok with the call being 20 minutes...we spent another 5 minutes with her telling me how I need to call LegalZoom to complain. So, I am paying for a service that this law firm does not want to deliver. These lawyers should be called LEECHES, LIARS AND LAZY. I have used this service maybe 3 times since I started my small business. Predatory WORMS. Kelly Brown SHAME ON YOU!!!
