Mary Lynn did a wonderful job and we are so grateful for her hard work. She applied for U.S. Permanent Residency Cards (i.e., “green cards”), travel authorizations, and work permits for my wife and step-daughter. She is friendly, professional, efficient and just plain good at what she does. Any time we had a question, she would respond very quickly. We were also happy that either she or her assistant would answer the phone almost every time we called. This is very rare. We received the green cards amazingly fast and without the need for an interview in less than five (5) months! Specifically, Mary Lynn filed the applications on July 7, 2023 and we received the green cards on December 2, 2023! Mary Lynn was extremely efficient. We received a detailed list of all the documentation to bring to our initial appointment. We then made an appointment for what we thought was to drop off all the paperwork but, she filled-out all the USCIS applications (and there were many) while we sat there! Boom! We found her through another trusted five-star attorney who was too busy to handle our case. When we asked who else he might recommend, without hesitation, he told us he would only recommend Mary Lynn. By the way, her fees were reasonable. In short, we highly recommend Mary Lynn for all you immigration needs!

I came to Marylynn in 2018 when I was looking for an attorney to take over my AOS case. I went to many others in the charlotte area, some even out of state and when I met with her I instantly knew she was the right one, my instinct told me she would not fail me and she did not. As soon as she took over my case I started receiving updates from USCIS and she always kept me updated. She worked hard and did things as she thought were best for me. She helped me go back to my country after 22 years through Advance Parole and because I went I did not have to go to my interview in Juarez for my AOS case. I finally got my Green Card this month and I am so happy to say that this process was made easier because of my attorney Marylynn Tadesco. I am so grateful for her and will continue to work with her in the future. Mary Lynn helped me with the response of a Request for Evidence on a TPS case, I had temporarily resided on different countries in the past and this can represent a problem if you don't present your case properly.
