Rafael Gaitan is by far a great attorney with vast experience and that same experience in Healthcare Law he has is what won 2 cases that we used him for. One case was a Revocation and the other an Overpayment issue with CMS. Both cases he won for us! We currently hired him in another Revocation case that is still Pending CMS decision however we are extremely confident we will have a favorable decision again!
