Rude behavior. Called him via my legal plan for a minor traffic violation and he said "yeah, I don't do that anymore, trying to get out of that business". I asked why and he hung up on me. I called back and he said he didn't know why he was listed, he had tried to get off that. Basically not a good person and based on reviews, I see why his rating is so low. Steer clear.

This law firm was recommended by Hyatt Legal Plans (a legal service I subscribe to through my firm). I selected this particular firm because of its reviews. When I contacted the firm, I spoke with Linda who was very pleasant at the time. She said she would send me over a document to complete and I would receive a draft of the will by Wednesday of the following week (since my appointment was scheduled on Friday of the following week). On the following Wednesday, I called since I had not received the draft. I was told I would receive it the following day which I did. During my appointment on Friday, I went through the changes with Zack and asked him to clarify some questions I had. After he made SOME of the changes, his computer shut down or something and I continued to patiently wait without any complaints because we all have had a computer crash once or twice on us. When Zack finally came in with the updated document, some of the changes we discussed were not in the updated document so he went to make the changes again. He had similar issues with his PC. He recreated the document and brought it in for me to review which I did. Since he missed some of the changes he went back to make them again and since his computer crashed he had to start from scratch. He then somehow retrieved the first set of changes and had me review them which I did. I discovered a grammatical error / inconsistency and asked for it to be changed and for all the white spaces to be cleaned up and consistent (so the document could look like it was professionally done – is that too much to ask for?). He said he was having PC issues again and would have to restart his computer. I told him it was fine and that I could continue to wait. As I was waiting for Zack to come back in, Linda came in and closed the door behind her (as to have a closed door conversation with me). She was clearly frustrated and to my surprise, with me (especially since I had been interacting with Zack and not her). She said they had never had to make so many changes in a document. I told her I was a grown woman and would be spoken to like that from another adult and got up and left. I came back in and asked to speak with Zack and told him Linda’s behavior was inappropriate and unacceptable. I pointed out that each change I requested to be made was from my initial review and the additional changes were from his mistakes and oversights. I also mentioned how patient I had been and had not complained not once when I had every right to. I finally told him I wanted the changes I requested to be made and I expected a professional looking document, not something that was just thrown together. At this point, Zack said he did not want to work with me. I am not sure how this small law firm is with other types of work; however, I would not recommend them to prepare a will for you. They were unprofessional and inconsistent. They did not review the document they prepared as I had to point out sections that did not apply to me. I understand that many lawyers use templates to prepare these documents, but I expect for them to review the documents, include only relevant sections, and clean the document up before giving it to their clients. This particular law firm did not and would not accept responsibility for their own errors and make it right. They wanted to use their template, check the box, and get paid. They had no consideration for me or my time – which I wasted several hours working with them. Additionally, the will I had prepared by another law firm was much more thorough which made me happy they did not complete the work.

I hired Joe Pellington to represent me in an Alienation of Affection case, based on a recommendation from another attorney. I am so grateful to Mr. Pellington for his dilligence and perseverance and calm and even demeanor, at all times. Joe kept me going, even when I wanted to give in. His faith in me and in our defense got me through some of the hardest and most stressful days of my life. Joe has immense attention to detail and a knack for really getting underneath issues that may be concealed to reveal HOPE in a case. I would consider one of his many strengths to be in Deposition, as his stamina and style of questioning gets to the truth of the matter (while remaining ethical, which cannot be said for all lawyers) to reveal details that are critical to a positive outcome in your case. In addition, Joe is a straight-shooter. He will keep you informed of your case at all times, communication is GREAT, and again, he will rally for you even if the struggle of litigation has got you down. I would highly recommend Joe Pellington and would definately hire Mr. Pellington in the future, should any further legal needs arise. As a side-note, Joe Pellington also represented me through a business buy-out process, ensuring that I was receiving the best and fairest offer and that my liabilities, etc were clearly understood and all legal issues surrounding the process were addressed. Again, his expertise in this area was greatly appreciated. Joe is a well-rounded attorney who can adapt to all legal issues presented!

I had Zach represent me for a moving violation issued by CMPD. Zach was able to effectively argue my clean driving record and get the ticket dismissed. It was also very easy to communicate with him and get the necessary records to him for the hearing. Thanks again Zach!

Zach was a pleasure to work with and made it very simple dealing with my traffic violation. The process was handsoff, helping me not to worry about dealing with the court, and follow up very prompt. Very professional - will recommend.

Zach and Linda were so amazing... They made handling my traffic citation so simple and easy. Zach handled everything for me in court and even had the court costs reduced. My speeding ticket was reduced to a non-moving violation so it didn't show up on my DMV assessment and no insurance points. I highly recommend Snyder Lucente as they are very professional and work very hard to get the best outcome for their clients. All this at a very affordable rate!!!

This firm helped with my personal estate planning and, more recently, with that of my mother. They have been thorough, helpful, and completely stellar to work with. I highly recommend.
