Excellent closing attorneys.

Attorney Gibson and his staff are the best RE Attorneys I have worked with and I have 8-1/2 years in the biz as a NC/SC agent. Responsiveness is the #1 attribute that buyers and sellers want from the Real Estate team. Attorney Gibson's firm has set that bar higher than anyone! This closing had a few challenges but Charles Gibson called me, listened, created a plan and executed flawlessly. His paralegal Jisselle also executes with perfection and anticipates incredibly well. What a team! If you want to entrust your life's most valuable asset (your home) to the perfect Real Estate Attorneys then call Chandler and Gibson.

My experience with Chandler & Gibson was just okay. We used Chandler & Gibson for recording a property deed. The gentleman we worked with was kind but he communicated timeframes he failed to meet, got the parcel ID incorrect on the first draft of the deed (something my husband and I could easily locate via Google search), and sent an incorrect invoice that we had to ask to be corrected. Lastly, when I went to their office to drop off the check, the door was locked and there was no one at the front desk. The doorbell was broken and I had to call to ask someone to please open the door. Overall, they got the job done but it was not as professional and pleasant of an experience as I would have hoped for.

Charles Gibson has been a life saver in an eviction circumstance. His ability to explain the law as well as provide legal process has been super helpful in unfamiliar territory. Don't want to be in this position again but if we are as a company, we will use Charles!

Attorney Gibson helped my husband and I when we were buying a piece of land since no realtors were involved. He helped answer any of our questions, prepared paperwork and was very professional. When I called him with a concern that the sellers had, he took the initiative himself to call them directly and answered their questions as well which made them feel comfortable to sign the contract. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a professional in the real estate field.
