The staff was very polite and worked with us through the Chapter 13 process. Terry is professional and thorough. His office continues to assist even a year later, with questions that we may have.

I initially met with Mr. Duncan back in January with a no cost, no obligation consultation. At the time, I was overwhelmed with debt (foreclosure, charge offs, and a judgment). Mr. Duncan explained my options in great detail and informed me that my situation (means test pending) qualified for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. When I watched other attorneys and clients interact with the bankruptcy judge, I was amazed that Mr. Duncan had so thourghly covered the needed information with us and reviewed the details with us, a second time. The Judge had all the information needed, the proper backup documents etc. Other attorneys were having to resubmit forms or furnish ones, left out. Mr Duncan also told us just what to expect in the hearing, which made us feel comfortable during the actual procedure..
