Butler & Quinn was of great service to me especially my case worker Cherri. Cherri was very patient, helpful, and generous with me over the last couple of years for my immigration process. She always kept me up to date with everything, reviewed work with me so I understood everything that was going on, and was always ready to get things done nice and in time. This service never gave up on me and for them I’m grateful. I highly recommend Butler & Quinn for any services you might have/need!

Carolina Giorffino is in charge of my mother's case. Caroline is very unresponsive, she's never available over the phone but it seems like she doesn't check her emails either. I undertand they're busy and the fact that they have many other clients. But you're still getting payed to do your job. He's been the family lawyer for a few years now. But ever since the admin changes were made, now it just seems very unprofessional. They're no longer there to help people now it's only a number.
