Terry was exceptional in assisting me through a very difficult and uncertain time. He was very understanding, personable, and professional. He prepared me for everything diligently. Dawn was also a saving grace. She was there every step of the way with guidance, knowledge and a friendly voice. She is very “on the spot” with her work and I never went longer than 2-3 hours maximum without a response from her when I had a question. I would recommend Terry and Duncan Law to anyone.

TERRY DUCAN IS THE BEST!!! I cannot give enough praise and compliments to him for all he did for me filing my Bankruptcy. He walked me through my filing, proceeding and prepared me ultimately to be able to get my life back on track. DAWN IS THE BEST as well! Honestly I wouldn’t recommend this lawyer to someone who has a difficult case he only takes easy cases. Otherwise he just going to keep Robbing you ,and won’t give you any hopes at all. I pay for a work permit and never got a refund I pay twice for a waiver ,and got denied twice. He still had the guts to tell me that we should keep kicking the can until they answer with a positive answer like what kinda unprofessional lawyer he is doesn’t give you ideas or even try at all…..worse experience I had to look for someone who’s way more experience then he is…
