I called on 11/14/24 and because I had a question about my green card and a guy answered the question by telling me to go and ask the question to the attorney who helped me with my green card. I was just trying to get a second opinion. My advice is don't call them.

A year ago , we started our immigration process my husband and his siblings and parents . Out paralegal Rafaela Perez has been so amazing . She has guide us through the whole process. Any questions she is quick to answer. Always on top of everything . Her communication with our case has been top notch.

They did a great job

I had a very poor experience with Claudia, I payed for her to fill out some paper work and send it to a district attorney for a Visa U application, she told me it would take about a week and it’s been 3 and half months and she still didn’t get it done. I called the office multiple times, many of those they never answer and I even left messages and I still haven’t gotten a call back from her. She eventually emailed me back, and today November 8 2024 I picked up the paperwork and took it to get it signed myself in 1 day! It took me one day to do what she couldn’t do in 3 and a half months. The reason I hire them is because I didn’t want any mistakes donde and she still managed to mess up the paperwork. This law firm was able to help out my mom with her Visa U but did a horrible job with mine. I should be 3 months into my process and because of her I am still on day 0.

My lawyer was Mr. Brad Butler and my paralegal was Rafaela Perez, they were always willing to answer all my questions, I am very grateful to the lawyer because he gave me the confidence to move forward with my case and to my paralegal for her kindness, patience and to both for their professionalism.
