I can't let the year end without acknowledging what this firm has done to me with regard to my immigration status adjustments. I came here after reading all the reviews, and I was still skeptical. But I just had to go with it. I met Mr. Johnson and he reviewed my case on a one-on-one and assured me that everything gonna be just fine with my status adjustments. And everything was just fine like he promised. He was open and clear with me on the steps he would take, and I was informed all the way along the process. This firm has a formidable team that worked with me and helped me out with the right documents to be presented. Thanks, Mr. and Mrs. Johnson and your team. You all are the best 👌. They lacked empathy and made the entire process more stressful than it needed to be. Communication was poor, and they didn’t provide the support or patience I expected. It felt like I was left to manage my emotions on my own. Reaching the finish line felt more like a relief from the firm rather than a successful partnership. I regret choosing them for such an important matter.
