My process was very long and frustrating trying to get all the paper work together that I lost hope. But Mai sure did make it happen in the end, I’m so happy for coming to them all my family has used their services and we are beyond grateful for their work!

When someone tries to contact any attorney it's because they're hoping to get a solution. I'm glad other people have had great experiences but I didn't. I simply called to ask a question and the receptionist was extremely RUDE. Her attitude changed as soon as I asked her if she speaks Spanish. I understand maybe I wasn't clear enoughfor her but she could've asked for clarification with a positive attitude, instead, she kept saying that I didn't make sense. How professional haha. Remember, I know nothing about law that's why I called them. Good luck passing through reception!

My was our paralegal and she is hands down, THE BEST!! She answered all of our questions accurately and promptly, and really showed up for us when we needed it most! Highly reccomend!

Mr. Brad is an awesome lawyer. He helped us get my husbands green card. They all are positive people. I recommend you hire these lawyers for your immigration needs.

Amazing staff! I worked with Cherry as my paralegal and she did a great job. I always had lots of questions to ask throughout the process and would make several calls without trying to be annoying but the lady’s at the front would always be so nice and try to answer my questions and when they knew they couldn’t they would transfer me to my paralegal just to get the right answer. Also can’t believe how fast and smooth the process went! Thank you guys so much.

This law firm is so unprofessional! They have had my case for 3 years now and with in those 3 years I've head to deal with several different paralegals. Which is very inconvenient. The last paralegal was not so helpful instead of her reaching out to us to tell us what all will happen or what documents we will need or what else we need to do I was the one always sending her emails or everytime I would call to speak to her I would always get the same answer "she's out of the office" "she's out at lunch" "or she won't be back till whatever date" they would direct me over to her voice-mail instead, and instead of her calling me back she would email me. Now that my case is coming to an end my husband is set to go back to his country with in a week and the paralegal will not be back in the office and they are not sure if she will be back next week (sounds like she quit or got fired) I had an appointment with her on Thursday to get documents that need to be taken with him but no one was able to help me until I was able to talk to the manager. After speaking to her I get a call from the receptionist talking about I have to pay $1900 or they won't be able to see me when I don't even owe that money and have receipts for all that! Very bad experience! 👎

I thought I had put a review on here about Duncan Law but I do not see it! We would be terribly remiss if we did not write a review of Mr. Terry Duncan and his Paralegal, Tracy Kearney! They were both wonderful to us during this difficult decision! They not only are professional and knowledgeable, they are top notch caring human beings! You do not always find this in all people. They guided us and helped greatly to soothe, especially my anxiety, and always responded quickly and efficiently! We were lucky to have Duncan Law with us and we cannot imagine a better lawyer and paralegal, than Terry and Tracy! They told us exactly what to do and how to do it! If you need to go through bankruptcy, call Terry Duncan and his terrific paralegal, Tracy! We will be eternally grateful for their expertise and kindness!

Duncan Law did a great job in getting our bankruptcy started and finished very professionally. We had a lot of different circumstances during the bankruptcy that Duncan resolved for us.
