Highly recommend Terry Duncan. Going Bankrupt is one of the hardest decisions you will have to make. Once we meet with Terry we knew we made the right decision, he helped us feel like a weight was lifted from us; that everything will work out, and took his time answering all our questions; never made us feel bad because we had to go bankrupt.. We also worked closely with his assistant Tracy Kearney who walked us thru every step (she's amazing to work with) . She took her time and explained all the paperwork we needed to get together and was always available when I called/emailed her . Even after our court date, she sill answered our questions and helped us. This wonderful group of people, made us feel our case was important to them; we are forever appreciative of the work they did on our behalf..

I would give more stars if I could. Duncan Law/Terry Duncan helped me during some of my most difficult times. My husband and i went in for a consultation and Terry was very thorough and took the time to walk us through each step of what a Chapter 7 filing would entail. Then my husband passed away unexpectedly. Not only was i a grieving mess, but i was then in more trouble financially since i was left with even more debt. Terry and Tracy worked hard and walked me through all of the needed paperwork and processes and successfully filed for a Chapter 7 for me at end of July. Everything has been finalized with the courts and it’s official. That huge weight has been lifted and I could not have done it without them. Bankruptcy is a very hard situation to be in and i don’t wish these financial troubles on anyone BUT if you need someone to help you, then Duncan Law is where you should go. I’ll be forever grateful to Terry for all of his help, compassion and his seeing this thru til the very end. Definitely 5+ Stars.

I personally woudl like to thank Dawn for her timely and effective response to my scenario that I was currently dealing with. When I reached out to her to let her know of my concern, she was very professional, very knowledgeable of my current issue and handled it with integrity. As we worked throug the issue, she was very responsive to address my need to and keep me abreast of any changes on information. I felt valued, respected and she was able to rectfiy my concern immediately. Duncan Law has some vey powerful paralegals and the law firm is by far the best structured that I have seen. I don’t really leave reviews. And if I do they’re typically bad. I think that’s human nature. This is a really lengthy and thorough review. If you don’t have the time to read just know that I’m a huge fan of Terry, And i cant say enough good things about dawn. First time home buyer here, I literally picked the most complicated house to buy. I found a house in my brothers neighborhood that I wanted to buy. But the house was in foreclosure and come to find out bankruptcy. Duncan Law firm was the law firm that the previous owners on the deed of the house had used for their bankruptcy and foreclosure process. I work closely with the previous owners in order to buy this house. In order to buy a house before it gets sold it for closure you need all parties involved to have exceptional communication and execution skills. Let me take a moment to shine some light on a woman that works here named Dawn. In a time where I didn’t know anything Dawn was the beacon of light that showed me how to navigate through the complications of this process. Today I found out that All of my paperwork had finally been approved by the bankruptcy courts. If you don’t know anything about buying a house or a bankruptcy it’s a process. You have to notify the bankruptcy court two weeks in advance that your paperwork will be submitted. Then once submitted This was a three day process. It was a test of my patients to not reach out and really bothered dawn every day. But truthfully I did not have to because she reached out and let me know that she was working on it every day. This type of communication put me at ease and really establish trust in my mind for Dawn and Duncan Law group. I will be closing on my house on February 8, 2021. Throughout this entire process Dawn’s communication was personable, reliable, and easy to work with. Terry you better keep Dawn with the business because she is a saint. If you were wondering if this is a law group that you should work with rest assured that your matters will be in good hands.
