Retained Mr. Piemonte for a case. When I attempted to talk to Ms. Gilmore about how we were going to proceed, I kept being interrupted, even knowing I have a TBI and communication issues. I was told that my input would not be necessary. ON MY OWN CASE. I then received an email informing me that they would no longer represent me. Eight days before the filing deadline for my case. Not illegal but terribly unethical and unprofessional.

Piemonte Law Firm is the place to go when you need an advocate to fight for your rights under the VA and Social Security systems. When you are disabled, you are too emotionally compromised to go it alone, and an empathic, professional advocate is what you need to get your case adjudicated in your favor. Trust these fine people.
