Best experience ever dealing with representation for a citizenship case. Mrs. Claiborne and her team were extremely professional and made the process so much easier from beginning to end. Communication was excellent during every step of the process and after dealing with so many other immigration lawyers throughout the years, my mom and I felt that we were provided with a high quality service. I am a little behind on writing this review but this is a very professional law firm that helped with my immigration case. They were very quick to respond to any of my questions and very helpful throughout the entire process. Attorney Pardo spoke both English and Spanish which was greatly appreciated. My experience with the Pardo Law firm was probably the best service one could expect from any Law firm or any other kind of service. From the first day speaking with Jorge Pardo to his assistants it was First Class with them treating me like I was the most important person they had ever spoken too! Yes, you can do it yourself, but save yourself the aggravation and just use this Law Firm as they will make things happen much quicker than if you were to do it yourself. I was happy to pay them for their services as they were a true joy to deal with and I am so happy now that I will be a resident and then an American Citizen without having to go thru all the aggravation of doing this process by myself. We retained the office for my husband's petition, and they were able to get our petition sent to USCIS within 2 weeks of hiring them. Rosa was great and very accessible via email and phone. When she was on maternity leave Mr. Pardo returned our calls for all the random questions we came up with. We're very happy with the services we were provided, we just recently got everything approved!

Pardo law firm made our process super easy and was always professional. We are thankful for the time and patience the company had with us while we were there!
