Absolutely everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and professional (and patient with my lack of computer skills). My IRS issue had been in contention for 3 years and I only wish I'd come to WatchGuard sooner. My problem came to a fairly quick and favorable resolution. I highly recommend their services!

I took part in a FREE consultation via the phone. Gregg was cordial and knowledgeable. I was given several options on how to move forward with my tax issue. There were no strong-arm tactics nor pressure of any kind to make a purchase. The ball was left in my court. After speaking with him, I feel confident, that I can make an "informed" decision. WatchGuard really watches out for you.

I had a sales/use tax problem in another state. After explaining it I was given some ideas on how to defend ourselves without spending a boat load of money. Most consultants want paid for direction! We did discuss fees but never did I feel pressured. I got the sense that Jim was knowledgeable enough to help me win this fight. I am currently using the ideas that he suggested and will use his services if I am unsuccessful.

I'm extremely pleased with the level of professionalism and attention that Attorney Hall provided. I had never experienced legal issues so I really didn't know what to expect. She walked me through step by step and I really appreciate that. Her rates were really reasonable and she saved me a lot of money and time on the back end. She will definitely be my go to for everything from here on out. Let's just hope I won't need it lol.
