Our experiences with Meek Law Firm have been always been pleasant and informative. Mr. Jonathan Meek is an honest and outstanding individual who only wants the best for his clients. If you are looking for a positive experience, go with Meek Law firm.

We reached out to Jonathan many weeks ago to review/edit a contract for us. The whole process was a nightmare and big waste of our time and money. He missed a scheduled appointment and never took the time to call at a later date. After paying him he began to miss our calls, voicemails and emails even more after constant follow up emails and voice mails were sent to him directly. He then put his out of office on and responded AFTER we emailed him and basically told him if you do not have the time please refund our money. We made it very clear to him in email that we were on a time crunch and it was a new relationship we were building and needed timely responses and resolve. He was fully aware of this and I have it all in writing. He responded and said he could have it complete early next week. Early next week comes and he calls and basically says he doesn’t understand the contract fully himself and needs additional information in order to edit it. He did not recommend signing it as if without further clarification. So we get him in touch with whom he needs immediately. They then send him an editable contract which is what he requested in order to make our edits/request. He also requested and agreed to speak to the company himself for clarity. At no point does Jonathan state he needs additional time or money to complete the ask. Or that he’s unable to deal with these types of contracts. 5 days later after contacting him daily and the other company contacting him as well we still have no completed contract. I emailed and called all week and left messages for him inquiring on next steps and to loop us in before sending back any revisions. He never responded which he does A LOT even prior to this whole interaction. He’s done this to us before and we should’ve cut ties back then as well. But tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. Finally he responds at 9 pm at night after I sent him an email stating clearly what we’d like to add to the contract. Which by the way half of things we were adding he suggested on our call the prior week. He responds and says he believes there’s a miscommunication on what he was contracted to do. And he can’t meet our deadlines and he didn’t know this was that important and had a deadline. He stated that he believes our time constraints and his availability are not aligned for this project. Again we emailed him 16 days ago and told him how important it was and when it was due after he had been ignoring us then. We told him he could simply refund us and we go our separate ways but he agreed he was capable of completing the task. So now how is it you’re not capable? He stated when he received our email of what we wanted edited on the editable contract he requested…he didn’t have the time. He received that email at 9 am however again these are things we already discussed on our call with him the prior week. And many items were his suggestions. He wrote us back at 9 pm to state all of this. Why not let us know 16 days ago or that morning at 9 am when you state you received my email?? He ended the email by saying this ask is better suited for another type of attorney that’s more familiar and can help us progress more rapidly. All this after weeks of dealing with him. Unbelievable. We feel taken advantage of completely and mislead. Jonathan did not act with integrity and could’ve simply refunded our money and not took on the job when we told him we were fine with that option. Instead he mislead us into thinking he could handle it, ignored our calls and requests and then threw the blame back on us and labeled it a “miscommunication .” He never delivered any of the deliverables to us and simply took our money and made a suggestion for us to contact another lawyer after weeks of back and forth. Shameful.

Mr. Canipe worked diligently and professionally when needed most for over 3 years. If you're looking for a law firm you can count on, an experienced practice, an attorney who generates results, look no further. He was transparent about the legal process and set reasonable expectations from the beginning. Fees for contingency agreement were also reasonably priced. I highly recommend to anyone, and I'm glad I made the right choice upfront.

Mr.Jim Shubs was extremely professional. He was also well versed on the subject matter for which I needed guidance. WatchGuard proved to be an amazing service I would recommend to anyone needing their expertise.
