I was rear ended back in 2018 my son at the time was 8yrs old he got very traumatized with the wreck he did not want to get in the car, had night mares etc had to go to therapy for all that now forward to 2023 five years later and only $900 in my pocket. After all this stress I should’ve just went with a different law firm. Never had communication I had to call all the time to check on this case and never knew what was going on.

My case was very complicated. A Hummer hit me in the rear-end going about 45 miles an hour. The man who hit me got out of the vehicle, walked up to me with insurance papers, I took a picture and he left. The police report made it out to be a hit-and-run. No proof of who the driver was. No picture of the Hummer. James Goard went above and beyond to help me. My case kept getting denied but James did not give up. It took some time but I was compensated well above what I expected. The whole experience was horrible I’ve waited on them to settle for 6 months and didn’t get much for me being t-boned. Also my lawyer was switched too a different lawyer at the end of my case without me even knowing. I wouldn’t recommend a dog to come here. No communication at all, my previous lawyer was never in office when I tried reaching out.
